Choosing the right shoes:

When buying, pay special attention to the choice of a shoe model. It's important that it should suit you by the form of the your pads, completeness, size, lift. Wrong choice of a
model and size will lead to the fact that you will feel uncomfortable while using it, in addition, you may cause defects, enshorten consumer properties and lose the appearance of the product (deformation of the models, the appearance of cracks and creases). Pick up shoes to size while standing - the foot should not be compressed. Shopping at the store is best done by the end of the working day, when more blood rushes down to your feet.

Shoe treatment:

It must be remembered that the shoes you purchased are not intended for usage in extreme conditions! To keep shoes serving you for a long time, try to fulfill the following requirements: Before starting the usage, treat the new shoes with cream. Remember that it is necessary to apply the cream on the entire leather surface of the shoe, including the heel weave and the end surface of the leather sole. In wet weather, be sure to use water resistant creams / sprays. Wear shoes only unstrung (unbuttoned), use shoe horns, this will help prevent breaks and keep the shape of the shoes. Do not take off your shoes by stepping on the heel, this may lead the sole to the be torn off.
After each usage, clean it from dust and dirt with a soft damp cloth or brush. If contaminated with grease, use a 1–2% solution of soap powder. To eliminate grease stains on shoes with
suede or velor tops, use special cures to clean them or contact a dry cleaner.
Do not wash shoes (except rubber) in water! The skin in this case loses its elasticity and shape. Use special cleaners that preserve the ability of the material to "breathe".
Washing any kind of shoes is prohibited.
In the case of getting wet, it is recommended to clean even wet shoes with a special cream that is absorbed into the skin as it evaporates. Dry shoes before use.
Avoid getting moisture on the leather heel, as this can lead to deformation and delamination.
It is recommended to put a rubber pad on the leather sole. Leather heel weave and leather sole trim require the same care and protection as the top of the shoe.
Avoid contact with corrosive substances.
It is necessary to dry wet shoes slowly, away from heating devices, heat sources, avoiding direct sunlight, at room temperature, having previously packed your shoes tightly with crumpled paper or having inserted special devices to preserve the shape of the shoes.
Moisture evaporates from the shoe after about 20 hours. Periodically allow your shoes to air out so that the skin can dry out well.
After cleaning, apply a thin layer of shoe cream and wipe it with a dry cloth after 10 minutes.
Do not allow excessive mechanical loads, shocks, cuts, which can lead to the separation of heels, soles, accessories.
Please note that the colouring of the inner lining is possible during the usage of dark leather shoes. To avoid this, use an anti-color spray.
Shoes made of polished leather and artificial leather are not recommended to be worn at temperatures below -5 ° C, in wet, rainy or snowy weather, and shoes with polyurethane
soles below -10 ° C. Otherwise, cracks may occur.
Remember that under the sun or under the bright light of fluorescent lamps, polished leather shoes can fade and change their original color.
It is not recommended to wear shoes with genuine leather soles, a piercing method of manufacturing, in slush, snow, rainy or frosty weather, as this may entail putting up the soles,
increasing wear or cracking.
The daily usage of model footwear is undesirable, as it can significantly reduce the service term of the product, especially when used in the autumn-winter period. Shoe model is not
designed to be worn on gravel, rubble, on snow and wet surfaces, including those treated with technical salt or anti-icing chemical reagents.
Do not use the same pair of shoes daily, you must give the product a rest. The best option is to have 2-3 pairs of shoes for each season.
Putting on shoes with heels, try to bypass pits, grilles and uneven roads - otherwise the heel may break. If you drive a car, change your shoes into shoes without a heel - the shape of the
shoes changes due to pressing the pedals, the heel may break or the thin leather sole may crush.
Do not take long walks in new shoes, try to spread them at home first.

Shoe storage

During long-term storage, shoes must be dried, cleaned, packed in a box or a special bag for storing shoes, having previously filled the shoes with crumpled soft paper or having inserted
special devices to maintain shape. Shoes should be stored at a temperature of 14-25 ° C and a relative humidity of 50-80%.
